Heavy-duty wheel with dual bearings

This is a recess mounting wheel. The wheel is fitted into the underside of the bottom gate frame, and the wheel will raise the gate by approximately 27mm from the sliding gate track.

  • R10 profile to suit the entire range of APC Galvanized profile tracks
  • Dual bearing system for the capacity of 250KG per wheel (500kg per pair)
  • Fits into 50mm heigh tubing with a cut-out size to fit the wheel of 70x35mm
  • Raises the gate by 30mm when installed with the floor track
  • Easy installation with pre-punched fixings, just drops into place after cut out and screws to the tubing from the flanged sides

Heavy-duty wheel with dual bearings

This is a flat mounting wheel. The wheel is fixed onto the underside of the bottom gate frame, and the wheel will raise the gate by approximately 80mm from the sliding gate track.
